GOLD STANDARD AWARD 2016

Alf Uno was awarded the "GOLD STANDARD AWARD 2016".

The award is a combination of an AIS* evaluation and member feedback. The AIS evaluation covers a variety of things such as responses to information, lead time submission, completion of the annual member survey and also a turnover increase/decrease score which reflects member engagement. The member feedback score is based on the yearly survey on delivery, product quality and service levels and also includes a monthly analysis of statistical feedback on service issues from a selection of members. AIS has tightened up considerably on the criteria for Gold Standards in 2015 and then even more so in 2016 to make the award more meaningful. Only 22% of all suppliers across all merchandise groups achieved the Gold Standard this year so to win the award is a fantastic achievement.
